Submission and Presentation of Abstracts
Submissions from all tracks will be presented in either
poster or oral format and will be grouped according to the
following thematic areas:
- Aboriginal (North American)
- Aboriginal (Australian)
- African
- Ayurvedic
- Chinese (TCM, minority traditions)
- European
- Korean
- South American
- Other
When submitting an abstract, follow the instructions on
each page. Information will be entered into forms on the
pages. The following word counts will apply:
- Pre-conference Intensives 750 words
- Conference Workshops 500 words
- Lectures & Presentations 250 words
When entering
scientific terminology please use the normal English text
version of the terminology (examples: Alpha, um)
Deadline
Abstracts must be submitted by Sunday, January 11, 2009. Submitted abstracts will be published in the
official program if a fully completed abstract is received by
the deadline.
Notification
Submitting authors will be notified of the
abstract disposition, presentation format and time and date of
presentation via email by late March.
